She was sweet and was through in the trimming and soaking and massaging part which took the bulk of The same. The actual applying of color was sub par even for a student. I had to go home and remove it all. It was bleeding into the nailbed and sloppy onto my skin between toes. It also felt like the polish itself as old is something was off. -after two hours I needed gel simply removed from my hands. That took another 45 mins and the method she used was not one I'd ever experienced. She paint on a substance and then had to really work and scrap To get it off. The substance in the bottle seemed almost amply so it took time and effort just to get the stuff out of the bottle and onto the brush to put on my nails. She then continued to paint my nails which got all over my fingers, which is fine if she would have cleaned it off well. She spent almost ten minutes trying to get the polish off my fingers, then sent me on my way with it looking like someone had painted my nails blindly. It has been two days since I went to get my manicure and it has peeled off completely. I'm not sure if the polish they used was old or if the clear coat was poor quality but I only have four nails that actually have polish on them and will be taking the rest off tonight. Clearly their students need a little more guidance before working on paying customers. I would never recommend this place.
