I had them come back to cut down a lot of shrubs, a small palm shrub in front and some overgrown vegetation in the rear yard. They did a good job considering they couldn't remove the stumps because of water pipes in two areas. I was just glad it all was cut down. They also hauled most of it away but did leave some debris in the rear yard from a large shrub. They were reasonable on everything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please take the time to read:…read more I hired TJ from Clark Legacy Pavers to do a back patio at my home. He came out to do an estimate right away. We chatted and he seemed like a genuine, hard working and honest business man. I said, send me the invoice for the 50% deposit and I paid it that same day. We scheduled when the work would be done (2 weeks) and all was good. He called me 5 days later in the evening and asked if he could squeeze my job in the next morning (way sooner than planned) so his crew could get to another, larger project that was out of town the following day. Typically, that would sound like a good thing, but the area the new paver patio was going currently consisted of a 24'x10' area cemented-in pergola and pea gravel. I intended on removing this myself as it was right next to the house and was concerned about a contractor performing the work carelessly. He offered his crew to take it down. I obliged and shifted my work and family schedule around so I could be home on a Tuesday during the work. His crew showed up late the next morning knowing that they only had that day to complete the job (they ended up having to rush to finish at sundown). As I mentioned they were leaving town for the rest of the week for another project. They carelessly and aggressively took down the giant wooden structure (pergola) by ramming it with the bucket of their Bobcat instead of ever trying to fell it with a chainsaw. They dented my gutter and knew about it but waited for me to point it out to them after they finished working. Additionally, they dented two downspouts and pinstriped the side of my house while transporting the wood in their Bobcat to the curb. I pointed this out to TJ and he said he would file a claim with his insurance to have this fixed. Two weeks later, I called his insurance and find out he never filed a claim. He left the entire mangled remains in a messy pile on the curb with four 500lbs concrete footers. He said he would be back the next week to pick it all up but he never came. What am I supposed to do with those? City waste will not take 'construction'. And I don't have machinery to pick those up. A contractor legally has to take their own demolition. On top of all of this, I have called him dozens of times, texted him dozens of times and even knocked on the door of his home. He has ignored all of my attempts to contact him. What kind of business owner does a terrible job, says to your face he will make it right but then ghosts you completely? TJ, that's who. Lastly, I didn't even mention the quality of the actual paver work. His crew used many chipped stones, got concrete on top of border stones as well as my shed, my patio door doesn't open because they made the pavers too high, and because they couldn't get all the footers out of the ground the just put my pavers over top of two of them so I have an uneven patio. All I am asking is for him to answer the phone like a man to fix his mistakes and keep true to his word! I regret ever trusting him and paying him the same day he finished the job when he looked me in the eye and told me he would take care of these things.
