But Dr. K has been working with my orthodontist to assure the choices being made are the best for my needs. My cleaning was with Michelle who was efficient, gentle and so sweet and personable. She armed me with knowledge and the tools to help me have a successful next visit. (I have my homework cut out for me) Dr. K did my crown and two cavity fillings. (Boy I sound like a hot mess) Dr. K was so gentle, caring and her precision and attention to detail was amazing. I never felt pain or discomfort. When she herd, I had a concert to sing at, she skillfully changed up our original procedure so as to not have me drooling during my concert. (Thanks for that Doc.) And through all this Dr. K and her team NEVER made me feel unfixable. I need a lot of work and Wendy was instrumental in keeping me aware and organized with all the costs and coverages that needed to be addressed. I have always had anxieties going to the dentist and as a result I never went as often as I should have. I have never been more excited about where my smile is going. This is an awesome team and I invite you to check-out Aberdeen Dentistry. It would be a winning decision! Thank you for all you do! Valerie S.

I want to start off by saying I have never left a negative review for any establishment on social…read moremedia or any other platform but I feel obligated to warn people of this business and their unethical practices. They will recommend procedures and then tell you that your insurance doesn't cover those services (which is untrue) When I visited this office for the first time 4 months ago I was very unhappy with my experience. I was told that my insurance did not cover 2 services that were recommended by the hygienist and when I questioned it because I was pretty positive they were covered I was told by the front desk staff that "insurance never covers these procedures". I declined the recommended services because I had a gut feeling I was being told wrong information. When I got home I reviewed my insurance policy to confirm those services were covered 100% I called later that day and spoke to Josline (the office manager) I was told that she would look into it and get back to me. She called me back shortly after and apologized and said her staff has certain protocols which were not followed and she takes full responsibility and continued to apologize. I said it was my first time as patient there and I was very disappointed.Josline then said (on our phone call) please come back and you can get your 2 services and as an apology I will not bill the 2nd service (fluoride treatment ) to your insurance and it will be free of charge. I was hesitant to come back but Josline sent me a quick text message the next morning again apologizing and saying she's very sorry and please let her know when I'm ready to schedule to come back. I thought the apology was genuine and the kind gesture to comp the fluoride treatment so I decided I would give this office another chance. I explained that my schedule did not allow for an immediate appointment but next time I come in I will gladly take you up on your offer. Yesterday I was back for my 2nd appointment (a cleaning) and the hygienist recommended a fluoride treatment and then proceeded to tell me it wasn't covered under my insurance. After I pushed back (thinking to myself here we go again )it was looked into further and surprisingly it was then covered. When I checked out at the front desk and spoke to Josline about her saying she wouldn't bill it to my insurance ( I have an allowed amount each year for covered services and I didn't want it to go towards that) she had printed out a text message that she sent me the day after my last appointment 4 months ago as a follow up to her phone apology and because she didn't mention the free fluoride treatment in the follow up text she acted like she never said it and handed me the printed out text with her apology and just said it doesn't say it on the text so she wasn't going to honor it. I told her we spoke about it on the phone at length while she was asking me to come back and give them another chance but she was not interested in anything I had to say. I am disgusted by the behavior I received yesterday. We had a clear and concise conversation about how she planned to rectify the mistake via phone and because it wasnt on the short text message that she sent the day after our conversation she was not willing to honor it. Just to be clear you lost a new client and any potential referrals over $30 It is in no way for me about the small dollar amount but more about unethical billing and when I tried to give them a second chance they not only tried to bill me again for covered services but then doubled down on it by refusing to comp the service I was promised as they rudely handed me text messages which were about 1/4 of our communication about this matter. I don't know if you they were overwhelmed yesterday but the customer service I received was by far the worst I've received in all my years

This is probably one of the most important reviews, if not THE most important, I'll ever write…read more I know what you're thinking, because I've been there. I know what it feels like: "Gosh, I've got a few bucks in the bank, but I've also got a mouth I'm not happy with. Now, I could spend that money,,, but then I still might not have a smile I'm not happy with." It's not like a shirt that doesn't fit. You can take that right back with a receipt and get it fixed the same day. But in the medical field it gets pretty involved, and I get it: You want to be sure the guy you're writing the check to has a solid grasp of the craft. How do you find "That Guy"? I know my own career inside and out... But in the world of medicine I know nothing. A doctor could tell me virtually Anything and I'd have to go with it. I just don't know - I'm not a doctor. So you do the research and you trust. And that research gets expensive, too. Over time, I've visited at least a dozen offices and spent thousands. (You couldn't believe some of the nonsense these 'doctors' have told me over the years). I spent the time and the money so that you wouldn't have to. I needed to find someone who "Listens" - Check. I needed to find someone with Integrity - Check. I needed to find someone with a good "Chair-side Manner" - Check. I needed to find someone with the skill, talent and precision I needed to get the right look - Check. I needed to find an office that could do the work 'in-house' - Check. I needed to find someone with a Superior Office Staff and group of assistants supporting him - Extra Check. These folks are completely connected. THIS is the Guy. And this is the Guy .. who saved me in every way. This is the guy who gets it right. If you're going to let someone "get inside your head" - It needs to be Dr. Asinmaz.

They said that they would not be able to do a regular cleaning and I would need a deep cleaning for $150. They refused to do my Regular cleaning which is included. I did not want to pay an additional $150 but decided to due it anyway because of the sales pressure from the staff. I had no cavities... I had a follow up visit on January 29, 2019. They did my regular cleaning. They advised me that I have extra build up and should come every 3 months for a regular cleaning to help with the build up. But once again, I have no cavities. I told them my insurance only covers 2 cleanings a year which is what I will be doing. She said okay no problem. I called yesterday to set up an appointment for my 6 month cleaning & the receptionist said she read the notes and I will need to come in every 3 months for a cleaning. I explained that for 30 years, I have been doing regular cleanings every 6 months with no issues. She said she didn't care what I have done in the past, it was a requirement from their office. I told her I wanted to schedule a regular cleaning (which my insurance pays for.) She said she would make the appointment but the depending on what the Dental Hygienist said, they might require a deep cleaning (additional $150.) I told her I didn't want that. She said "well if that's what they recommend, that's what we will do. We will not give you a regular cleaning" Here is a picture of my teeth!!
