It's totally not worthy to pay what they want. It is not a luxury living. The renovation that was done is a piece of ..... Period.

We just moved in in March of 2023. Angie showed us the ynit we rented and was AMAZING. She was so…read morekind and knowledgeable about the apartments and the area. She was quick and efficient with our applications and upfront about what it would cost. I would highly recommend this property and anyone in that itfice is capable and friendly and can help you find your new home.

Love this apartment! Never had a problem with management, they are so nice. Great place if you have…read moredogs, and they allow bigger dogs too! Never had a problem with noise, even with so many dogs in the building. There is many amenities available, including a dog park. I personally have a 2 bed, 2 bath...and it's very spacious. Closet sizes are great. The pool is perfect, and even though 3 buildings share it, it's never been too full and there are bathrooms by the pool, so you really can enjoy your time out there! I only have one complaint, the garages are crazy expensive for an attached garage, and the unattached garages aren't much petter for price. I would have still gave 5 stars normally, as personally I didn't need a garage when I moved in. But it's becoming more and more frequent of theft from vehicles this year. My car had things stolen from (the one time I forget to lock it) and another day someone had scratched my driver window, clearly on purpose, there was tons of scratch marks. A friend of mine lives there as well, also had things stolen from their vehicle on another occasion. There's no cameras in the parking lot, so only advice if moving in: DO NOT FORGET TO LOCK YOU CARS!

Take you for every dime you have, and management is terrible at responding to any concerns unless…read moreit is urgent. the higher up management just ignores your call and passes it along to the property manager that you can't get anything accomplished with. Also plays favorites to tenants.

INH recently took over the management of my apartment here in Duluth MN, the Board of Trade Lofts,…read morea famous building on the Historical Register built in the 19th Century. The previous owner, EastWest, had some hiccups but was mostly okay. So the office of the new owners is in Waite Park, far away. They offered us an online portal to pay our bills, which we used to have for both maintenance & payments, worked well. The new one is garbage, seems like a scam or phishing attempt. First I tried to work out auto-payments thru my Credit Union, & it not only requested the CU's name, obvious enough, but then demanded my password to the account!! Well, I'm not going to give any business full access to my account!! Then when I tried to pay this month's rent on Monday, Dec. 2, the "Portal" didn't recognize my Credit Union, a huge network on the W. Coast, absurd. Then I tried to pay with my AmEx since that seemed the only option left. There were no terms or conditions viewable to use the Portal to pay, but I was online with Accounting trying to fix the problem. So when I did "complete" the payment, they had added a $50 "Transaction FEE" which I had no notice of!! Luckily the Portal was such garbage the Accounting guy immed. told me the charge hadn't gone thru. . . . I am ONLY giving INH 2 Stars here due to the on-site property manager, Kim, who was willing to take my payment check in the office today as she is on site. Otherwise I might have been tricked/ delayed into late payment and a high penalty charge. I would've given the scam main office one star. It is frightening how these property owners can engineer in ways to openly steal tenants' money. (I have read their other reviews, expect to be charged excessively when I move out though I wasn't by my previous landlord when I moved here in 2021.) Be wary of these people!!

I am reading some reviews people are writing unrealistic stuff. I have been in this apartment…read morecomplex for last one year and planning to live one more year as I will be moving to north east next year. I have been living in different apartment complexes in different states as I moved to different states due to nature of my job. This apartment complex is one of my most favorite one. They have nice and clean apartments. Nice and clean attached garages which are very economical. Not to forget about indoor pool, gym and children play area. Management is awesome, particularly Dorothy and Sarah who always helped me whenever I called them to fix some thing in my apartment. I don't remember if I have ever called them again to remind them to fix some thing. I will highly recommend this place and I hope if you move here you will never regret. Tariq

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more Living here has been nothing but frustrating. The hallways are constantly messy, gross, and never properly taken care of. It feels like the bare minimum of cleanliness is too much to ask for. On top of that, the parking lots have had multiple break-ins, and nothing ever seems to change. No added security, no real communication--just "oh well" energy from management. Speaking of management... they seem to invent new rules out of nowhere and expect everyone to just deal with it. Even worse, they openly encourage residents to snitch on each other and take pictures of people "breaking rules." Seriously--who wants to feel watched and photographed in the place they PAY to live in? It's creepy, uncomfortable, and absolutely not what anyone signs up for. And the cherry on top: the last-minute tow notice before the parking lot was plowed. ONE email the night before, after previously giving days of warning with bright neon signs posted on every entrance. This time? Nothing but a late email and a "too bad" attitude. Totally unacceptable. This place is turning into a stressful, unpleasant environment, and management clearly does not care about residents--only enforcing random rules and shifting blame. Save yourself the headache. This place is going downhill fast.
