I moved into Prosper 106 in July 2025, and my experience in the beginning was honestly very positive. The previous property manager, Zachary, was consistent, professional, and highly involved in the community. He responded to emails and messages quickly, handled concerns efficiently, and made sure things were completed without tenants needing to follow up multiple times. That level of professionalism made living here feel smooth and well-managed.
Unfortunately, since the management change a few months ago, the experience has noticeably declined. Communication has become one of the biggest issues--emails go unanswered, even after multiple follow ups emails have been sent, messages are not acknowledged, and concerns shared in the community app by tenants seem to be overlooked. It creates frustration when residents feel unheard, especially when timely communication is such an important part of property management.
Another concern is the full amenity/community fee still being charged despite limited access to amenities, particularly the pool. Please note, the gym just recently became available a couple months ago. There are periods where the pool has been unavailable, and it is currently out of order again due to system failure, which has been opened for maybe a couple weeks since I've been living here. Since these amenities are part of what tenants are paying for under the lease agreement, it feels unfair to continue being charged in full without consistent access. Unfortunately communication was not provided especially regarding issues. As for the pool. It had just recently become available and I have been a resident at this community since July 2025.
Honesty, Accuracy, credibility, unbiased and precise, is important when it comes to my reviews, Respectfully, residents would like to receive, if not the same, better customer support.
Prosper 106 has strong potential and was once a place I genuinely enjoyed living in, which is why the recent decline is disappointing. I hope management takes tenant concerns seriously and works toward improving communication, accountability, and overall resident experience. At this point, the current management quality is something I would strongly consider before referring other potential renters. read more
