They emailed me papers that I never saw before and said I agreed to this. Good advice: have your lawyer review your agreement with this company. Better advice: use a different shredding service

They never did, and no one would answer their phone. Likely HUNDREDS of cars came during the next two hours with boxes of documents to shred. The truck never came and no one involved couId get an explanation. People agreed that we should shred Shred-It. They will not be getting repeat business from that bank, nor, I hope, from any other business nor community institution here. Their reputation in Ithaca NY is shredded.
