In that time, they managed to clean only one bathroom, one bedroom, and make the beds. That's it. No dusting, no mopping--not even the basics I expected from a deep clean. They claimed they needed an extra 40 minutes to complete the job, which I declined because I believed two hours would be sufficient for what was requested. It's clear now that wasn't the case, but the lack of effort within the booked time was unacceptable. To make matters worse, Grace--who I believe handles customer communication--was incredibly argumentative and dismissive.
