They reply to messages encouragingly, only to not produce documents asked for despite repeated request. They left trash and equipment in our yard. We have leaks in places we didn't before. This was the biggest project we've undertaken as homeowners and we've been left with disappointment. They've taken our money and pretty much ghosted us. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.

These guys did half my roof 3 years ago. The roof has developed a leak on the side that they fixed…read morepreviously. Not a huge leak, there is a crawl space above the spot thats leaking but the water still soaked though the sheetrock of the ceiling. I called and texted this roofer about 5 or 6 times over the course of about 3 weeks. He kept making promises to come out and fix the problem, but each time he didn't honor the appointment and made excuses. Eventually he stopped responding. When he did the roof three years ago, he told me his work was guaranteed. I cant remember exactly how many years he said, but I'm sure he said its more time than 3 years. Someone else will fix the problem and I will end up paying more money to them than I would to the original roofer, just to fix a relatively small problem. If this roofer had any integrity at all, he would have honored his word and come out to fix his work.
