The exact words from the General Manager, Paul Lessee, "The insurance isnt paying for it, so we arent either!" So, with that being said, instead of doing your roof the right way, they cut corners. Flashing is a HUGE part of your roof! Flashing is a safeguard against leaks around walls, chimneys, dormers! Once your roof is done, if you have any issues with it, good luck getting them to come back out to address these issues in a timely manner. Once they get their money from you and your insurance company, they fly away in the wind. PLEASE BEWARE! There are plenty of other REPUTABLE roofing companies that you can call!!! More recently, I contacted Kendall again for tuckpointing and exterior waterproofing work on our 100+ year old home. Again he came through - promptly providing an estimate, starting on the agreed upon date, and finishing the work within the estimated time frame. The work looks seamless against the existing brickwork that wasn't included in the scope of work and I know I'll call Kendall again if additional masonry work is required (as I'm sure it will be).

We paid him the full amount because he was very intimidating and threatening to me and my wife. I told Kendall that he was paid the full amount because my wife and I were concerned about our safety and not because it was a job well done.

They called me 2 days in advance and let me know when they would be there. They showed up on time and did a great job. I could have had a handyman do the job for a bit less but these guys did not show up with buckets from home depot. They had a truck and professional equipment. I highly recommend them.
