On top of that, they left my dog's coat uneven and poorly cut, and to make matters worse, they injured one of her eyes. The place looks very small for the number of dogs they handle; it feels overcrowded and raises concerns. I have previously taken my dog to PetSmart Riverton, where they always do a great job with no issues. However, at this location, the experience was completely different and very disappointing. I do not recommend it.

We drove back almost 2 hours later and they hadn't even started him. I fully understand running late. But 2 hours late is absolutely insane. I would not recommend this business to anybody that actually values your dog's mental health, or your own damn time. This is ridiculous I will never take him here again. What is the point in scheduling a specific time to have your dog groomed if the groomers are not going to adhere to that time, again I understand running late but 2 hours is completely ridiculous.

They did show me their new store cat who is very cute and they said the back area is very large for him.
