Popped into this spot to grab some pastries and wanted to walk out with everything. The owner offered a sourdough ciabatta warm out of the oven while in line, it was fluffy and flavorful. They have a selection of teas and coffees and even tables inside for you to enjoy your treats. The almond croissant was decadent, I should have shared it with someone but had no one to share with so I ate every crumb. I'll be back everyday while in town to try more of their breads. I usually don't reply for an owners response , but I don't like when they try to make the customer look mean and ignorant, I know about baking and I know about dough and quiche, your pate brisée (same as pate foncer) or shortcrust is the basic for all tarts specially sweet, a gummy and over baked means it was like a gelatin meaning that the base of egg milk and sour Cream of quiche was completely stiff over baked, a quiche should be like a custard soft, hire profesional ppl who knows about quality and professional experience, I though this place was a real bakery but not, their basic offerings and you can tell their recipes come from the cereal box. I was really looking forward to stopping in here with my toddler. It looked so cute and smelled so good. He needed to go potty first and so I asked the workers behind the counter if he could use the restroom. They hesitated and said they do not have one. I was a bit confused because they serve food, tea, and coffee. They also provide chairs and tables for customers to enjoy their food there. They don't have a place for people to wash their hands before eating or use the restroom after having coffee and tea? I responded that he is only three years old. They still refused. I couldn't believe people could be that cruel to a toddler who is just learning how to go potty. It made me very sad for my poor son who proceeded to go potty in his clothes when we sat back in the car. How can people be so inhumane? I will never know how the food tastes because I will never be back after they did that to my son. read more

I ordered the tomato and basil quiche for Easter Brunch and it was excellent. It was easy to warm up and serve. When I was picking up the quiche I saw they had a cheesecake with fresh strawberries on top. OMG.. it was so good. Not overly sweet and so creamy. My NYC MIL said it taste like New York Cheese cake. Came in with my mom this morning and what a sweet experience! Pun intended :-) A friendly, clean, and beautiful bakery with a dreamy selection of sourdough breads, cheesecakes, and muffins! We got the cranberry walnut loaf, rosemary olive oil loaf, a chocolate chip muffin, sourdough cinnamon bun, and a slice of tiramisu cheesecake. Each bite taken of the cinnamon bun was better than the last, and the same goes for the muffin. Best quiche I've had in my life thus far! No joke- it was superb. I had a slice of the spinach and feta and my mom had the butternut squash. Both delicious! Absolutely Amazing!!! By far our favorite bakery and bakers, Best sourdough breads we have had since moving to AZ. We were spoiled with the sourdough breads from San Fransisco bay area but Hope's breads have matched or even surpassed those. Her quiche is so silky smooth and just feeds your soul as well as tummy !
