The clerk at the time, Valentina, although seemingly concerned we were cancelling, advised the agent, Enrique, was on vacation and couldn't cancel until Tuesday. Comes Thursday, my mom and I called again to find out Valentina didn't work there any longer and my mom's email with her proof of insurance was not looked at. The new clerk, Fatima was clueless and she didn't even offer to help. We asked her for the agent's email, to send him the declaration page directly. When he responded to my mom, he did so in English. She replied to him and asked him to write in Spanish (which is how he's always helped my parents) because she doesn't speak English, and he had the nerve to reply to her in English again. This was a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude just because they canceled. My parents are way happier with higher coverage and lower premiums, they are both retired and don't even drive 10 miles per week. Please look around for more ethical insurance companies.
