Tom and Rochelle have consistently made sure that I had adequate insurance for inflation, and still receive every discount for my home, auto, and personal items policies that I qualified for! In every situation, whether it be for my daughter's auto, renters insurance for her home, my homeowners, liability policy, or my cars, Tom, Rochelle and associates have always been helpful, available, and provided excellent advice! A recent "going above and beyond" example: on Dec. 31st, I was purchasing a new car, and I didn't have my insurance card. I called Tom, yes, on New Year's Eve day, while he was out of town and away from his home, and he answered and said he would be home in an hour and he'll send the card to the Dealership for me! On another occasion, on a Saturday, I emailed Tom with questions about my roof. He called me within 10 minutes.
During these recent series of storms, my 17 year old BMW had the electrical components fail due to a month of pouring rain. Tom's associate, Rochelle, and Catherine, were available to answer every question about my first auto claim!
And...icing on the cake...the claims process with the State Farm Claims Department was excellent! I filed a Claim on Jan. 23, 2023. Within two weeks, and the receipt of many texts, emails and calls from State Farm to keep me informed of. the status of my claim. I was reimbursed for the water damages to be able to have my car's electrical system repaired!
