She offered no other dresses besides the ones I picked online, which really defeats the purpose of a bridal sales woman. No one was there to greet me when I arrived, and no one said goodbye when I left. The bathroom was also disgusting, blood everywhere. Really not a good experience. I booked an appointment over a month ago and showed up on the day and time to be told that my appointment has been canceled because the bridal sales person who had been scheduled to take me on had called in sick. They didn't reschedule me automatically to a different slot or a different sales person (even though my appointment was with Printemps Mariage and not any one specific sales person) and were quite rude and unapologetic about the whole affair. When I arrived there was no on there to welcome me and I had to find someone from a different corner of Printemps to call someone from the bridal sales team to their desk. Once they arrived and dropped the bomb, telling them that I was only in Paris for a short amount of time did nothing to sway them even though they had no one else there to serve at the time and honestly just felt like I was dealing with a bunch of lazy employees who didn't feel particularly inclined to work that day.
