At first the excuse was heavy traffice then when it wasn't delivered the next time, was told a car wasn't ready to be picked up and had to wait. Again, a date and time was given, no show. I was then told it would be 9am on 12/25. When called at 10am, as it was a no show, or even a call to change the time, was very nasty. Said was sleeping and was screaming, as it got to him. Lied about the time he said the day before. The last time it was 8 days until I got it. It is now 6 days and there has been no delivery.

So I decided to ship my car. I went online and tried some of those broker services. OMG what a headache. Talk about harassing phone calls with out of this world pricing. So I asked around and a few friends gave me some numbers to call. I called Ludfield transport and spoke with Tyson. I then looked up his reviews on yelp and yikes, they were not so great. But I decided to go with my instincts and never once regretted that decision . I was pleasantly surprised, Tyson was an absolute professional. He had taken the time to thoroughly explain the process from pick up, drop off, cost and timeframe. Throughout the time he had picked up my car he was quite pleasant and professional. A bit slow with text response but I appreciated the fact he was most likely driving. But he answered all my phone call promptly. After the 10th phone call I think he finally realized I was super nervous and stressed so he then began giving me updates that were spot on.
