I admit is way late this year when it came time to bring my…read moretaxes in to west hill, but when I called and asked about bring in my taxes she was very short with me and told me no she was not taking in anymore taxes . I said we have been your clients for at least three years and out of common courtesy I would think you would of at least sent an e-mail or called to let me know you where only taking in taxes for a certain time . she said well I cant contact every one . I said so your telling me I'm s.o.l. and she said yes. I can understand her being stressed out on tax season but to treat a costumer that has been with you a few years as if she didn't give a crap! what is even worst is that all she had to say to me was, you know its only 4 days till taxes are due I'm going to apply for an extension for you and due them when I have time , that would of have been perfectly fine with me, even if she charged me extra ! yet she offered no solution . I filed for an extension for my taxes and have found a new tax person to do my taxes. very disappointed in west hill accounting!
