Many couples' biggest regret is skipping out on videography for the wedding. We coordinated through Kristin Griffin Photography to sub-contract Erin! She captured several tender and candid moments that I didn't even remember until watching the finished BluRay. I might have started tearing up again at some points. The downside of sub-contracting was that we did not get to meet or correspond with Erin until the day of the wedding. However, Kristin sent me her page link so we could look at some examples of her work. After the wedding Erin reached out to us through text and e-mail. She also sent us a hard copy of her Wedding Demo on a DVD, but due to the condensed timeline we received it around the same time as she put together the original getting ready sequence. We loved it so didn't have any additional comments. It's great she also gives the option to give you the raw footage but you will need to provide your own hard drive or purchase one for her to load. During the ceremony portion when we were exchanging our vows there were some blurry portions. Erin zoomed in/out on either Dana or I while we were talking so the camera needed to refocus, which was slightly distracting. I'm no video expert, but personally I think it would be preferable to have both of us in the same frame without panning between. Not really a big deal though. We loved how Erin juxtaposed the boring moments of us going around to each table taking photos with our guests with everyone dancing! She also used the songs that we were dancing to in the moment so it looked more natural than using one of the songs we licensed. We got our first glimpse of the intro/getting ready sequence from Erin just 10 days and everything else in less than 2 months post-wedding. It was FREEZING in the Public Gardens that morning. Daniel did a fantastic job coordinating everyone and giving direction- he even got the kids to pay attention! The photographers were professional, fun and focused. The hour ended up flying by and the pictures turned out beautifully. They ended up capturing everyone's personalities and the photographs turned out very clear/high quality. I cannot recommend them enough!! My Mom keeps talking about how much fun she had and we are all just delighted with the photos. I was a little hesitant at first as they were priced a bit lower than other quotes but I can tell you first hand- BOOK THEM! This is an incredible deal!!

The QH team is a professional and compassionate couple who want to bring joy to their clients…read morethrough scheduled and compassionate sessions. They will get to know you and your family, a sense of what you would like the session to be, find the perfect setting, and the rest is just magic. Whether you want a family session like we did, wedding photos, professional headshots (which we also got), or a photographer for an event - QH will bring their "A Game" wherever there is a skilled photographer needed. They are able to deal with adults who can't be photogenic (like us), kids, pets, and most likely unruly adults. Their methods are top notch and you never feel like you are being bossed around during the session, more like a collaboration between the pros and the subjects. We got a more than adequate session for the price, and the location was picked based on what we were looking for but at the suggestion of the coordinator. We met in Boston Common and traversed most of the common and gardens with our dog, 90 minutes in total. The team was energetic, focused, and very professional with how we grouped shots and areas so we didn't have to go back or waste any time. It was one of the most efficient shoots I've done, which between weddings, family sessions, etc. I probably have 2 dozen sessions under my belt (the quality of the photos due to the subject are questionable at best :P). We had a list of shots that we wanted to do, but the real value added by the team were the suggestions and shots that have worked with them in the past in these familiar locations. The turnaround time on the photos can vary depending on how many edits you would like, but the team is constantly in touch and giving updates on the estimated delivery of your photos. Ours was a little over 2 weeks, but we were not in a rush and the wait was well worth it. Pricing is competitive and beyond reasonable for what you get. We paid a flat rate that was ~25% of another quote we got, and I will be honest - I was worried about the differences in quality because of the significant difference. Those worries were put to bed as soon as we had the session and received the "sneak preview" through Google Drive (their storage and delivery method). As you can see in the attached pictures, we are beyond thrilled with the results. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, team, or price than what QH brought to the table. They are now my go-to recommendation for photographers and we plan to use them again and again in the coming years. I can't recommend them enough between the overall process (initial contact, quote, session planning, location selection, session, sneak preview, and final delivery), the skill of the team, and the value proposition. They may just be growing their business right now, but I've worked with lifelong photographers who don't have as good of a process or product as QH. Highly recommend - 5 stars, 11/10, A+++

We don't take a lot of photos and are pretty camera-shy, but Nicole was very helpful and gently guided us on what to do and made us feel free to try out different things. She was very gracious during our session and even went a little over time because we had to feed the baby in the middle of it. Photos came back within two weeks and we're very happy with them. Nicole was such a pleasure to work with, from our initial phone conversations to meeting in person to design our wedding album. We were so fortunate to have Nicole and her team photograph our special day. Nicole, Karen, and Phoebe arrived promptly to our hotel and immediately went to work photographing our day. They were all incredibly professional, friendly, and organized. I have never met anyone that was as organized as Nicole. She really spends time planning everything out so that the day runs smoothly. Nicole and her crew also worked very well with our videographer. They complemented each other well. Not only is Nicole invested in quality photographs, but she is invested in getting to know the couple. Nicole called us several times before the wedding to talk about how we met and to share our story. We really appreciated this because not only did it allow Nicole to learn more about us, but she was somehow able to capture the essence of our relationship in her photographs. Nicole pays great attention to detail. She has extraordinary vision. You can tell she has a true talent for this. We joked with Nicole that we are awkward in photos, but Nicole eased our nerves and miraculously overcame our photo-awkwardness! We also want to thank Nicole for her patience with photographing our dogs, Dallas and Bradley, on our wedding day. They even brought a squeaky ball to get the attention of our pups during photoshoots (and even doggy bags for any stops along the way--superb service!). Nicole works with you and goes through a detailed plan on who you would like her to focus on whether it be friends, family, wedding party, etc. She is also open to all your ideas about the types of photographs you would like. When it was time to design our photo album, Nicole invited us to her studio to watch a slideshow of our photos on a projector. This was truly an experience, and it really brought back such wonderful memories. We designed a high-quality photo album and it is truly breathtaking. Nicole, thank you and your crew for such an amazing job on our wedding. We can't thank you enough for all you have done for us. The pictures came out better than we could have ever imagined.
