He ran between floors to ensure the entire wedding party and moment was captured and he did with a smile. Bolivar is very punctual and responsive to all questions and concerns and offered suggestions and solutions. He is extremely organized and very attentive to every detail. He takes so much pride in his work and it definitely shows. When we received the first few pictures, it brought tears to our eyes and everyone in the wedding party was mesmerized by the quality of the pictures. Everyone complemented us on how amazing and pleasant Bolivar was. I highly recommend Bolivar for any event, he is the perfect person to capture important moments. Punctuality, Organization, and Customer service is not a top priority for Scky Art studios. 07/15/2016-In light of the owners response below..... it is evident that this business does not take any accountability for their actions. I was extremely generous in my previous review and was trying to refrain from exposing various facts. Let me add, that our contract was 4,300.00 and was signed on November of 2014 for our wedding on August 2015. By the time that we were at our last two payments of our contract AFTER the photos had already been taken, I was informed that there was "mistake" on the contract . That when the contract was finalized the taxes had been "miscalculated" (1 year later) which was over 700.00. At that point we felt forced to either pay the taxes or downgrade our package.Since it was AFTER the wedding and our budget had already met. We felt we had no choice but to downgrade All of the upgrades( for example: a bigger album and 2 parent albums) that we had paid for in advance (700.00) to keep our payments as negotiated; to make up the money for "taxes " as the owner would not budge on THEIR MISTAKE. My husband and I were completely understanding with certain situations that the owner was dealing with. For Example: she had been out for some time due to unforeseen circumstances (which put us back two months) , a complete turn over of essential staff and not to mention we have over 70 emails in regards to edits that were not "received" and or other issues addressed to SckyArt. This vendor was the ONLY one that we had issues with in providing us with our final product. Even AFTER we had agreed that we would forfeit all upgrades to make right a mistake that was made by the company ; My husband and I had to physically go down to the studio to get our photos. Evidently, We are writing this review to notify any bride or customer that SkyArt exhibits unfavorable business practices. Bottom line: 1. This company DID receive full payment by us 2. We received our pictures extremely LATE (May/ 2016) 3. This company had no regard for us as customers following the wedding and receiving our payment 4. This company changed our contract through no fault of our own For any couple or company that is considering this company for any wedding, or high scale prestigious event; Please ensure that you establish suspense dates on when you will have your previews; dates on when to expect completed edits; and dates on when you will receive the final products. So if they only deliver high res photos of clients who pay in full? how can that be accomplished when the contract is changed? Question is what is SckyArts liability on honoring their contract?

I do want to point out for any future clients that her pricing is not completely transparent. When I reached out to inquire about pricing, Ana didn't mention the option to upgrade for more photos at a discounted price before the event. I ended up finding that option on her website after our event was over. I reached out to ask if Ana would honor the discounted upgrade price since she hadn't mentioned it to me before but unfortunately, Ana would not honor the discounted pricing since I didn't come across it on her website until after our event. I assumed that as a professional business Ana would have presented all available options and discounts to me when we were discussing the terms but this unfortunately was not the case in my experience. Lastly, when I asked her for clarification with regards to pricing Ana got very defensive and tried to charge me additional fees that she hadn't previously communicated to me. At points, Ana offered certain prices and then went back on what she said a couple of times. She also said the gallery would be up until tomorrow but removed it today. It became clear that she was trying to charge additional fees after the fact and removed the gallery without notice out of anger because I had questioned the pricing inconsistencies. This type of behavior was not at all professional. *Ana, since the pricing on your website is not transparent, I would ask that you update your website so that future clients are clear that you are not actually giving a price quote for "50+ images" or "100+ images." It's misleading to post this on your website but then limit the number of photographs when I asked to purchase the full gallery from my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration. I also hope that you will try to provide future clients with all pricing options upfront going forward rather than expecting clients to check through your website to find any discounts offered.
