We chose to shoot in the South End to capture the beautiful brownstones and fall foliage, and the photos turned out even better than I imagined. Our situation was a bit tricky because we were working around a sleepy 6-month-old. Daniela kindly adjusted her schedule at the last minute so our baby could take a full nap beforehand, something any parent will appreciate! During the shoot, she gave us so much direction on how to stand, pose, and find the best lighting, which made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. People walking by even stopped to say how great the photos were going to look -- and they were right. The images came out stunning. I've received so many compliments on our Christmas card this year, and it was hard to narrow it down to just a handful of photos because everything she captured was perfect. She says that she discards the photos after the appointment. So basically, you are a little put on the spot because you have to make the decision to spend a lot of money right during that appointment as you review the gorgeous photos. Again, dont get me wrong, she is great at what she does. She is very pleasant, prompt, and professional. Its just that she is expensive and I feel that your hand is forced when you might have wanted to think about spending such a large amount of money.

Spellbound by the…read moreexcitement of our first baby, we wanted to make sure we had a photographer that could fully capture those first few moments of parenthood as well as the last few bittersweet moments of pregnancy. We first met Diana during our maternity shoot, which was so much fun. She's remarkably creative, spontaneous, kind and energetic; I couldn't imagine a better photographer to work with during both of these times. We felt very comfortable with her and her assistant, who brought us through the previously unknown process. She made sure to get a thorough idea of what we were like as a couple, so she could cater both photo shoots to our taste and personality, which worked out great since she was able to incorporate many features that were natural, candid, fun, rustic, and vintage. Her studio in Framingham, MA was very easy to get to, relaxed, and comfortable for the newborn photo shoot. She spent around 4 hours for the shoot, and we were able to take breaks, snack, and breastfeed in between, which was wonderful. She had an abundance of fabrics and props to meet every style. It was a lot of fun picking out different ideas, which she helped cultivate after knowing our personalities a bit.
