This salon does not honor their products. I purchased a product where the dispersal mechanism broke after one or two times used. They refused to exchange the product for a new one. Said been too long. I live hours away. They do not stand behind their products at all ! Also, comparing prices of same product at other salons- this salon is overpriced! read more

I went to this salon last month for the first time because I am new to the area and was tired of going to my previous salon which is a 90 minute + drive. They quoted me 25-30 for a set of acyclic nails plus 5 for design and around 70 for a dye and cut for my very short hair. Ok, when I got there the manicurist was friendly enough but she talked me into gel nails, saying they held up just as well as as long for the same price. She did a very simple design on my ring finger, my thumbs, and glitter on my pointers. Nothing else. My hair was done after and that took about 90 minutes for bleach and cutting. The hair was a good job. At the counter they charged me over a 170 dollars. I was like WHAT? But it was very crowded and I liked the nails and the hair so I didn't complain. Well, eight or nine days later my nails started popping off like crazy! I contacted them and the manager had the nail tech call me. She blamed chemicals not being dry. Like I said, I was there for my hair after the nails for at least 90 minutes, so the chemicals had much time to dry. I told her I did not want any more of her service. I told the manager I just wanted a refund and heard nothing back. They tried to tell me that the reason the price was so high is 25-30 is just for painting your own nails. When I called, I talked to an OWNER and I think she would know her own prices. They still refuse to give me a refund so I posted this on their facebook wall and they blocked me. So I am now putting this on Yelp so no one else gets ripped off. read more
