The photographers showed up late, giving less than adequate time to set up. Ihar, the owner, also had not communicated to them the set-up details, leaving the photographers with inadequate backdrop materials. Then one of the photographers (Fedir) left without letting me know to get a tripod and backdrop he forgot. He returned in the middle of stage content, disrupting audience members. The photo output was less than ideal with unwanted glare on the Polaroids. Our second photographer (Irina) was great despite having to help Fedir for the whole set-up. When I tried to discuss issues with Ihar, he was not responsive. He still has not answered me when we requested a discount for the missed photography time. Although Synergy Life has good pricing - think twice about booking them for your event! There are plenty of other Aura companies in NYC that will deliver excellent results.

First, Maryna has such a warm, welcoming, gentle, and professional personality that puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Her studio is quite large and have many different props that can be used to create the most beautiful newborn photos you can ever think of. What amazed me the most was how gentle and delicate she was in handling our newborn, from helping us change him, to soothing him so easily and naturally to put him to sleep so she can capture the picture perfect moments! She helped rock him when he fussed a little, and even changed his diaper for us when we were preoccupied with our toddler. She was so sweet and never showed any signs of frustration, especially when our toddler gave us a hard time during the sibling and family pictures. Her vision was amazing and exceeded what we imagined in such a wonderful and artistic way.
