It was such a bummer because I had just wrote a letter to my daughter that I wanted her to read someday about our hospital experience. So, I ended up looking for an IT repair shop using the Yelp Projects app and heard from Dustin at Click IT in Marietta. I got several estimates but Dustin's note stood out to me. The cost for diagnosis seemed reasonable, and it was a very small price to pay to have the laptop looked at to see if data recovery could be performed and the laptop repaired. He was very responsive to my inquiry and questions. I was very anxious but decided to give it a whirl. Over the next several weeks, the laptop underwent repair, troubleshooting, and testing to see if it was recoverable. Data recovery could only be performed by a third party vendor which was separate to the laptop repair. Then, the laptop power source failed and the battery conked out too. I starting losing hope that the laptop could be repaired. It survived graduate school at Kennesaw State and many years of productivity for both work, school, and personal usage. Dustin, Amelia, and even Tony stepped in the job and pulled off what appeared to be a miracle by methodically replacing parts of the latop and giving it new life with a 1TB hard drive and brand new power supply. These laptops are not easy to fix, so well worth the money and time spent to bring it back to life. The service, overall value, and care I received is certainly there with Click IT Marietta. I would most certainly recommend giving Dustin and his team a shot at your business if you are experiencing computer issues. I am proud to say the letter I wrote for my Tallulah was recovered along with many other important professional documents. I can't thank them enough as the laptop will be put to use as I look for a new job in the Atlanta metro area.

When my husband got in a little fender bender, he had to replace his green wrap and decided to go with Orange Matte, which was EASILY TAKEN CARE OF by Quality Wraps. The car looked STUNNING (and still does). Because of this excellent job, we have only looked to Quality Wraps for our wrapping needs (even though we live an hour away and there are wrap shops closer to where we live). We needed a quick wrap touch up on my old car before selling it and the job was done in about 30 minutes... After selling that car, I got a new one and immediately brought it to QW to be transformed and after a week, I got my *new car* back and I couldn't be happier! It's utterly perfect! The attention to detail is incredible. I also know that if "anything were to happen" I can easily schedule an appointment and bring my car back to get the situation fixed. He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I found out about them up here on Yelp. Asked for a quote thru the app and Jax got back with me in minutes! 30 mins later I was at the shop, and he and Will went over all of their available wrap options. Same day service means the world to me, with the limited amount of free time I have. Now my car looks DOPE!! Great quality with great customer service.
