This is a review of the Collegeville PA location-…read more Excellent and very professional center with a convenient location. Somewhat recently they upgraded their office space to a larger, brighter area. Plenty of comfortable seats in the waiting room. They are still located in The Collegeville Professional Business Center. Located in the professional building across from the Wawa it is easy to get into and out of. There are also other locations of this group but I've not visited them. The counselors seem to be independent contractors and based on what you're looking for they will find someone to help you who meets your needs, such as individual, family or marital therapist. Hours for counseling services vary, but mine provides nights and weekend hours. You may even be placed on a waiting list, but it's worth it to find a great counselor. In my experience, you are seen on an as needed basis with whatever works with your schedule. I can tell you, be patient with yourself and give yourself time. Change takes time and progress can be 2 steps forward, 1 step back but it's certainly going to open up your life to so many beautiful things. Also, if you get a counselor who doesn't "click" with you give it some time and if you feel the need to try a different therapist, then do so. My counselor has made a tremendous positive impact in my life.

Where to start. Lets go with the front desk. Without a…read moredoubt they worst service and organization I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First don't get to used to who you see at the front desk. Out of a dozen or so appointments I must of seen at least a dozen or so front desk employees. Gee, that couldn't cause communication failures between the different employees now could it. Terrible communication. From them writing an appointment card with me DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEM and marking the card with the wrong name...who is Mark? To getting a bill in the mail from my insurance company saying I owed them...Guess what...I gave the front desk a hundred dollars and what do you know they put in the log that I gave them $10. Thankfully my insurance company was understanding. Forget about them ever calling you back if you ever leave a message...They apparently don't have time or care. I have never received a call back or had a message of them returning a call despite it saying exactly that on the recording. The last visit I stood at the front desk with three wonderful ladies who apparently could not see me. You see...I used my invisible magic diagnosis that day. Five minutes later it wore off and they started doing there job thankfully. My psychiatrist was THEY ONLY competent person in the building. Whether I agreed or disagreed with her it was very apparent she was trying to be as helpful as possible. If only the rest of the place had her competency it would of been a good experience overall. The therapist on the other hand was not a good match. If you do see him make sure you are absolutely sure about what is going on with you. You see...If by chance you learn something new in the process of LEARNING NEW THINGS...well, that just won't do! You will be cut off and told he doesn't believe that is what is going on. Forget what you think!...You are in the presence of a clairvoyant silly! If you are looking for help then you may understand that you want things to go smooth and work out. The last thing anyone wants is to uproot and switch the team around them because not only does it drag issues longer then they needed but it can be really disheartening in the process. Sadly that is what happened however hopefully this review will help someone who may have had the same fate if not. I would avoid that particular office at all costs. However as we are all not the same ymmv. Although, I really don't think anyone likes charges applied because of simple neglect. Good Luck!

Not to mention that he only meets with you rarely ever. The one part of this place that I do like, however, is Dr. Kristen Young. I love how nice and understanding she is. I am currently a client with her, and she is wonderful. Dr Mordi is the only problem I have with this place. Dr. Kristen Young is so helpful and always willing to talk to you about anything that is going on.
