Well, that's how I felt during my first class at HRA. My favorite thing about this gym is the community and diversity of its members. After moving back to the area on March 1, 2020 and having the whole world shut down soon after, I was at a loss for community. However, a few months later I was fortunate enough to get connected into HRA because they were on top of their game with Hoboken to get things going in a safe way. They have 3 main types of classes offered: WOD's (CrossFit workouts), RPM (strength and conditioning), and yoga. All of the coaches all have their own flavor and approach and teach with heart, passion, but most of all expertise. This is the first gym I have been to that I do not feel that I have to avoid "that" coach. If you are searching for a gym that is doing things the RIGHT way, and I am not just talking about working out safely during a pandemic, I am also talking about focus on form, positivity, and taking care of one another, this is your gym. From events such as Hero WOD's at a Jersey Farm to raise money for 31 Hero's, to decorating the gym for the holidays, this truly is a special place.
