I went at 6:00 and beat the rush, as there were a lot of people in the reception area as I was on my way out.

They then took those chunks and organized them in a way that it all makes sense in my head whereas before I could understand any individual concept but felt like I was swimming in a sea of concepts that didn't add up to anything. Also, my instructor John was super nice, well spoken, easy to understand and seemed to genuinely care that all of us learned the content. He's someone I hope to keep in touch with longer term.
