I have scheduled the first appointment in the morning at other offices and still find the waiting room full, so they obviously scheduled 10 of us at the same time. This office is not like that! I always get seen on time. I never have to wait, and it is very refreshing to find that these doctors value your time as much as theirs and don't overbook like other doctors in the area.

The receptionist took my info to the doctor over the phone (she gave her the wrong info even after talking to me) and then when she called me back to tell me what the doctor said, she didn't have answers for my questions and was kind of snippy. I asked another question and she told the doctor the wrong information so she "didn't have an answer." My mom got me started here but the last year I have heavily considered switching doctors, this was just the final situation to switching! Always slow, every question is usually answered with something vague or not correct.

When I had my next one, I refused it because it hurt so much. By my last appointment, I was so stressed out over having to get the check done that my BP was high and although I was only 1cm dilated he sent me to the hospital to be induced. Upon admittance to the hospital my blood pressure was normal. The hospitals on call OB checked me and stated I was red and raw internally and likely had a bad yeast infection, which is why it hurt so much. My first birth experience was traumatic as I had to get emergency c-section due to baby positioning, the epidural started wearing off during stitching closed and no one would tell me how my baby was and why he needed resuscitation. The trauma I went through could've been prevented if the doctor actually paid attention and inquired why I had such a reaction to a simple cervical check. Terrible that a dr that had never met me before saw something my dr didn't.

He is almost 90!!!! After he went to back to had surgery I went to the place "advanced women's care" which is a joke because there is nothing "advanced" about them. I was told this same day to buy the depot shot to put in. Yes, I myself had to buy it unlike plan parenthood who supplies it for you. After leaving the hospital I called Advanced Women's Care and said I'm still good to buy the depot and you can put it in today right? They replied "yes." Well when I got there a dif lady said she refused to give it to me because the timing was off?! Previously a different girl said I could have it put in a day or two after my period and this evil lady who said the opposite said "no!" So I wanted my money on the depot shot I obviously can't return. I just called them willing to pay the bill because I got a final notice even though I have been off work 11 months but I go back today. The billing department hung up on me the first time. The second time the lady answered and I explained the situation and first thing I said was I WILL pay this bill only if you take off the depot and I was going to ask the late fees. She wasnt listening to my situation and she had the dates all wrong and she said there was no record of me getting checked for endotrimisiosis or the depot shot!?!?!?! Instead of being an adult and listening to why I'm so beyond upset for wasting my time when I could have stuck with plan parenthood she was like I dont get paid enough to listen to you. That the problem you don't care and dont listen to why I'm so upset so I said maybe you should quit your job if you cant help me and do your job and listen so she said she would and hung up. What a joke. You're suppose to be an adult and work with me but you were against me lying from the second you got on the phone not empathetic from the second I told you my side of why I am beyond upset. When I…read moretried to search him on yelp, I got two other addresses- one in Warren and one in Cortland and wasn't sure if it was the same person so I am leaving my review under Dr. Smith since it is at the same address. I have been to so many different OB/GYN's in Boardman and wait literally hours for every single appointment. Dr. Eucker has seen me on time every single visit, and I really appreciate that. He's also very thorough and takes his time with you. He says he runs on time because he doesn't deliver babies, but I don't need an OB just a GYN. So, if you just need GYN yearly check ups, this is a great office with no waiting.
