May not seem like a big deal, but calling, getting answers, getting a time to pick it up, is rare nowadays. Scheduled for the next day with specific time really pleased me. Next day a hour before the scheduled time, Trent called and told me they were finishing up a bigger job than they thought. Most folks nowadays would not take the time to do this.
