As a new customer of propane products, I was very impressed with the excellent customer service…read moreprovided by Scott Petroleum. We purchased a new home and with freezing cold temperatures in the forecast discovered our propane tank was very low. Jennifer Henry answered the phone in the Hindsville, Arkansas office. She was friendly, professional and very kind when she explained they might not be able to deliver ahead of the expected snow and ice storm, but would get there as quickly as possible. She asked a series of questions about the location of the tank, whether we owned it, verified whether or not there will hills to navigate, there are not, and she told me the driver would give us an hour notice to meet them at the property. She also explained as a new customer, the driver would need to ensure there are no leaks and told us this is a free service for new customers though there would be a charge for it if we ever ran out of propane. After the service was completed, I called to ask for a copy of the receipt since I was out of town when the delivery took place, and she offered to email or mail it. I highly recommend Scott Petroleum.

They then followed up later in the day, suggesting a small repair that would make the computer run much faster, in addition to upgrading to Windows 11. Less than 24 hours later I picked up the computer and I cannot believe how fast (and quiet!) it is running!! The amount they charged was very reasonable, too. I am very grateful for the quality and value of their service. Highly recommended!
