Enrolled our child over the summer of 2024. Fast track classes since course was offered over 4…read moreweeks as opposed to the semester long period typically of high school- which we thought would be better. Well, read on. Child states classes were incredibly boring (instructor was lazy and rolled around in his chair, while teaching) and videos were "out of touch". It did not captivate my child's attention nor did it pique any interest in learning. We enrolled our child in this class for drivers education. He turned 16 in late spring. Classroom is sufficient but the students state "an old fat man that never stands up but rolls around on his office chair". Incredibly boring and monotone. Part of the class includes a "behind the wheel" driving with the instructor. Scheduling "behind the wheel" (BTW) instructor times was, to say the LEAST, one of the worst and most horrific experiences ever! EVER!! Instructions were very unclear on how to schedule - no phone calls allowed, only texts. This could be perceived as innovative however it was in fact obnoxious! Responses to texts were untimely (up to 10 hours later), during hours "outside of normal busier hours" and inconsistent, ie no response after several follow-ups). The scheduler was mean, rude, uncooperative, prejudiced and lacked any sense of decency. She refused to give out her name, so henceforth will be known as "Karen". Karen claimed that students needed to finish class work before being scheduled for BTW and, that they would need to practice driving before BTW scheduling occurred. WTF!! - I thought the instructors were to teach them with their specially equipped cars(brake on the instructors side)!!! That's why we send them to driving school - to learn how to drive with equipment that's not accessible to the public!!! We as parents do not have the proper automobiles that are equipped-the instructors should be taking this on as that is what we pay them for!! We as parents have the responsibility to hone our children's BTW experience after the basic concepts are taught! Seems this school is backwards and doesn't want to be held accountable for the outcome and wants the students that have driving experience! I do not recommend this school at all if you want to get your children licensed for the first time. It was not very expensive but I suppose, you get what you pay for. Never, ever have I encountered such terrible customer service from a person; I do not understand how this business still exists!! Whether it's "Ken's Driving School" or "1st Breese" (Breeze?) -- stay far away.

There have already been multiple reviews reflecting how horrible an experience could be with this…read moredriving school. I was charged $595 for an adult driving course on July 29. After I completed the written test in early August I asked them to schedule classes for me. They failed to do so after I called them multiple times in the next couple of weeks to follow up. I found another driving school which managed to schedule a class for the next day, so I quit and asked for a refund. Five weeks later I still haven't received a penny back despite their promise to either reverse the charge or zelle me the money. I don't know how a business like this could survive in today's world. I have filed a complaint with Chicago 311. For those who are looking for driving classes, there are plenty of other options. Just avoid this one.

Weeks, and then months go by, and I am not contacted by a single driver to start lessons. It took In August, after a long call history and several ignored emails, I asked Northwestern for my money back. EDIT (9/10/24): It took several emails and Yelp reviews to get my refund, but happy and relieved to say that I've finally received it. I really wish it hadn't taken this much anger and effort to get my money back.

After trying Kaplan 3 times with no results but a big bill to pay, I heard about this great energetic guy named David who was the Master at the LSAT. It was true! I worked full time and was able to increase my LSAT score by 10 points! I'm not going to lie, it was hard work but I did it. David is so funny and full of life yet he is brilliant. No other company was able to explain the method of LSAT test taking like David. Worth every penny!

LSAT Sensei is awesome!!!! Wanna know why? Ok Ill spill the beans, here's why:…read more 1. He helped me increase my score by 4 points after only a few classes and my friends score went up 15 points! (she took the 6 month version of the course and did all the homework) 2.He made the classes FUN, I know the LSAT,fun? He kept the classes very interesting and engaging and always used funny humor to keep us engaged. He broke it down so I could actually understand it. 3. I worked full time and took the course, David was SUPER understanding and allowed me to communicate via email and choose a schedule that worked best for me.He even made my husband be my accountability partner so I would stay motivated! lol 4.The class is AFFORDABLE unlike other courses I tried to take, I was able to make payments while attending the class. I have a family and I needed to be able to pay for the course on a payment plan, 5. He helped me GET ACCEPTED to my top choice law school. I was flat out denied to law school the first time I applied (I only applied to one school, I knew where I wanted to go) , THEN I took Davids class at the suggestion of my current law school dean and was able to take a summer course that will lead up to my 1L year in law school. Overall it worked, you get results and you don't have to go broke doing it. You wont find a better class. Oh and AFTER the class he still checks in on you he stopped by my law school and checked out my outline to make sure I was on track ( and no I didn't have to pay him) he just cares. David is a great LSAT instructor and those that he hires are honest and actually want us to succeed. This was the BEST decision I made. Please inbox me if you have any questions I want to help people just like I was given help by LSAT Sensei.
