I had one service call because a tire blew out on my car and had to get it towed to a local tire shop. Towing service was friendly and fast. That being said the amount of money I paid was a little high they had me bundle for a lower rate I did not like the bundle because they had me get renters insurance term life insurance and car insurance I was flabbergasted by the amount they were charging and my bill always seemed to be near $150 or $170 a month every time I tried to change my insurance for a lower rate they would tell me that it wouldn't effect my monthly premium I didn't ask them if it would effect my premium I hoped it would but even if it didn't then that was fine The last straw was when I dropped my insurance to the state minimum and then I was still paying $120 a month I decided to switch even though State Farm is nice they charge an arm and a leg I found a different insurance and pay a lot less for just auto coverage and the company that I went to only had me take out an auto policy which is what I wanted in the first place I only wanted car insurance. So this company gets a 5/5 for friendliness but a 2/5 for value from my standpoint and they make you bundle so that is my biggest pet peeve 3 out of 5 stars is my experience
