Jayne Kaiser was a delight to work with at first, when I made a call to book our first EVER cruise…read moretrip. Made me feel comfortable and less stressed. Was told "I got you"! And to feel free to send any questions her way. Was sent an email label Frist time cruiser and was told she will follow later that day with another email. So of crouse we had more questions and I email her with those. Never heard back, Sent a follow up email that Monday as this was Friday. Nothing! Tuesday I called, the tone as to how she answered the phone made me cringe. I let her know I spoke to her Friday about a cruise and I sent emails? Jayne responded yes, I saw you emailed me a few times, have to had time to read them. Her tone was very unprofessional. To the point I asked her if she was, ok? I was told they were having issues with a Co Worker and was trying to figure out where all those clients were going. I had more questions and I was made aware to set up an appt to go over the rest. So I did. I felt like I was drawing straws to even have her talk to me. To the point I said, so do I need to call you for the appt, or will you call me? She said for me to call her at 10:30 am and if she didn't answer she would call me back. So, at the end of all this, again first-time cruse, long time member. Would have thought we would be a priority and a door in our face, this has left nothing but a bad experience. Thank you SOOOOO Much Jayne! Do BETTER IN LIFE!

I expected to receive a request for review or survey later in the day, but nothing from AAA except the computerized "thank you." So this review is by way of saying "Thanks again" to David. He meticulously, and successfully, found the cause of the leak: a nail so tiny I imagine it was used in making doll house furniture. Then he said he could put the spare on or he could do a repair. Placing the spare, covered; repair, $38. So I called my daughter (her car) to see which she wanted. She'd already made an appointment to bring the car into the shop on Monday, so she was happy to know repair was an option. Saving a weekend of running to an air pump at least once a day, and parts and labor on Monday at the shop (which would most likely do a repair, anyway), we had David do the repair. He did an excellent job, of course. Was always polite and professional --except to the many yellow jackets flitting about the area. In sum, David did a great job, saved my daughter time and money, represented WNY AAA perfectly. Oh, and I had only about a 40-minute wait for the truck to show up. Great job, AAA!
