It's hard to find good customer service these days and I love working with companies that go to work for the customer without having to worry about anything. I got my insurance cards a short time later in the mail with all my documents along with a great online billing system. The few times I did have questions, they got back to me almost immediately. Fantastic follow up after the fact. If you are a "do it yourselfer" I highly suggest looking into an agent to make sure you are properly covered. Experience matters and it shows at this agency.
