After my dad passed away, Cadillac showed compassion and agreed to waive the fees associated with returning my mothers leased vehicle. We were told, however, that the dealership itself would have to waive the final lease payment. The dealership (Faith who we dealt with) assured us that my mother would not have to make that final payment. Then they went back on their word and forced my grieving mother to pay it anyway. My mother had just lost her husband of 43 years. She was dealing with the emotional and financial reality of losing her spouse, and instead of showing even a basic level of compassion, this dealership added more stress to an already devastating situation. What makes this especially upsetting is that Cadillac was willing to waive the fees, yet this dealership would not honor what they had promised regarding the final payment. This isn't just about the money. It's about integrity. If you tell a grieving widow that a payment will be waived, you should stand behind your word--not change your story later and demand the money. The complete lack of compassion and professionalism shown to my mother during one of the worst moments of her life is something our family will not forget. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. A company shows its true character in how it treats people when they're vulnerable, and our experience spoke volumes.

The noises I'm hearing are extremely obvious and for them to come back and say we don't hear anything and to have me pay $100 for incompetence is absolutely disgusting. They kept telling me that I had work done on my car with a third party mechanic and that they weren't responsible. Well, I came for them to diagnose what that third party mechanic potentially messed up which is very possible and more than reasonable. They knew that at first when I came even before I gave them my keys and signed for the work. That's just a lame excuse so if that's the case, why even accept to diagnose my car? They also tried to blame it on the fact that it's my aftermarket rims and the fact that I removed the undershield of the car. Another nonsense way to try to escape things. The noise in my car was completely normal when removing that shield and when putting aftermarket rims. It suddenly started when I went to that mechanic. I also got a wheel alignment here the same visit which I regret having them do because they don't deserve any customer here. I wasted so much time and money coming to such a stealership. The lack of service that I have received even after I chose this dealership to purchase parts worth $1750 is completely unacceptable even if another mechanic installed them for me. I came for you to diagnose things. When cars are built in the factory and have manufacturers defects, are they also going to say we're not the ones who put this together it was done at the factory? Is this a new excuse happening in 2026 to not diagnose a car? Or to act like nothing is wrong? Absolutely disgusting. They just want easy money. Importantly, the vast majority of the positive reviews of dealerships, including this one mention the buying experience of the car. They'd be like "I bought this car from so and so and he made the process so smooth" blah blah blah. That doesn't mean anything. The reviews of importance and helpfulness have to do with the service centers of these places. Not the sales experience. I'm guessing maybe that's why car dealerships mostly have such high reviews when in reality they don't deserve them.

Each time the transaction is smooth and pleasant. The service is quick and effective. I feel secure sending my vehicle here. Having your engine worked on is super-stressful on a variety of levels and this service location does a great job of handling each stage of the process with kindness and efficiency. My car comes back clean and in a timely manner. The team I interact with from the cashier, the service advisor, Sean, the Service Director, Jerry, the chauffer, David and the main mechanics has always been nothing but excellent. I replaced the ecm , and havent had a problem since . I called K&L . They said Im glad you figured it out , but the fuel pump was bad .
