This is a review on spinal health. What is the going price…read moreon chronic PAIN? The answer to these painful questions; is with any person that has experienced chronic pain. They will know what exactly the price they will pay for their personal freedom. I am hoping you will have time to read my review about why I am here at backfit. In having a lifetime of labor-intensive careers and extreme lifestyle hobbies you will understand where my chronic pain came from. In reading this review I am also hoping I am able to inspire you to explore the new client openings with anyone of the Backfit specialists that are available. My opinion of what a chiropractor's job is; is not about curing people's chronic pain, it is about accelerating the individuals natural healing abilities. Each session will align the spinal cord to promote blood flow to any one of their injuries which will create natural balance throughout the body. If you are reading my point of view, I know you are looking for either relief, hope, healing, even restfulness from your chronic pain. I will fast tract my reason I am at backfit. From 1972 to 2014 were my years of opportunity, where I lived fast and furious, looking for work and trying new hobbies with new challenges in every career I accepted. With success I had a lifetime of challenging opportunities in the industrial world. Sometime in 2015, I woke up with crazy pain in my joints. It was early arthritis setting in. I had not planned to deal with arthritis. (I do not think anyone in the world wants to deal with arthritis or chronic pain for that matter.) In finding the relief for my high impact chronic pain symptoms. I have gone to walk-in clinics, specialist doctors, naturopathic doctors' Orthopedic surgeons, friends, and arthritis clubs, to find any answers that would work. My results were not beneficial. They were all about tests, x-rays, talking, new client referrals and pain medication. If you have read this far, I know you have been though things like I have. I invite you to read on. To the how I did it. In December of 2023, I picked up a business card called Backfit, with a simple invite of a gift of $75.00, for an intro treatment at their office. Okay! , let us see what this business Backfit, has to offer; from reading their online reviews to checking out the BBB reports; This company claims that they will fix your spinal cord if given a chance. My first wish was simple: I want to walk and stand up-straight with no pain. On my 4th month I could stand up straight and walk with no issues. I will still be working with Backfit to align my spine, so I no longer deal with the back pain. If you are still interested in Backfit, please read on. What no one tells you when you decide to go on a life changing program .... So, listen up: The hardest thing anyone will accomplish while in chronic pain is the changing of old habits. (I cannot stress this enough). Making new habits will take all your willpower and imaginative skills. It will be a huge effort for any person that has suffered long term chronic pain. My advice to you is to make yourself happy. Once you are okay and happy inside then the rest of your work will be okay. a) Making and keeping schedules b) Sustainable Goal setting and completing them is ridiculously hard when our world as we know it is so busy. c) Stop! Just stop! Take a look at what you are doing at the moment the pain hits you. (EVALUATE!)! Where does it come from exactly? d) Physical vs psychological are quite different worlds, be aware of where your pain is coming from. Once you know how to describe this pain and the location of it; then Backfit can alter their alignments to deal with that specific location. Keep inventing new habits every day until the old ones you do not like are gone. I am still going through this today, (it is May 2024), tossing out the old and inventing the new. My Last words of encouragements to the readers who made it this far. Take a breath, a sip, stretch your legs and read on. Trust in yourself If you can think of it, you can do it. In the backfit program there are new habits and hard lessons to accomplish. A ton of interesting reading material about the spinal cord vs human being's willpower. Who knew? To relearn your original life's rhythms all over again I can tell you it is going to be extremely hard. You must have a huge amount of discipline and belief that it will work. I saw my progress in about 4 days. I am truly fortunate. Once Backfit s specialists help you complete your first steps, you will be well on your way. Try to keep your back alignments and workouts on a regular time schedule. If you do achieve this (I know you will!) Your body will then expect some kind of movement at that time of day or night, and you will feel better every time you do this. Thank you for your time. I wish everyone success in their journey and healing. Moira

Maybe she's been working there too long but she treats even other people as if she's better than them. She gives the air of superiority. I've asked her questions two visits now and she just has a way of making you feel stupid. I think the business is better off teaching her how to be a nice receptionist. I asked if my partner could use the wobble chair while we waited and she completely blew us off. Then instead of answering the questions we had, she just answers in the form of a question.. just very strange approach of talking to people. I'd visit again purely on the basis that other people make up for her shortcomings.

Dr. Kjaer's approach to whiplash injuries is to help return full function to all the damaged tissues ie. joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, nerves and/or discs. Treatment includes repositioning damaged joints and rehabilitating the soft tissues. This reduces swelling, restores proper movement and accelerates healing of injured soft tissues. Ultimately, the goal is to minimize the amount of scar tissue that forms. He can minimize any permanent weakness from the accident and delay the onset of arthritis. It took a few tries to find a massage therapist at this practice that could provide the deep tissue…read morepressure I need, but I did eventually and have been happy with the services received since from that specific therapist. However one thing you should know if planning to come here, is that they regularly increase their rates - going from $110 to $118 to $125 per hour for massage services in less than the 18 months I've been coming here. Now keep in mind, I understand inflation, increased costs, etc... So its not the price increases I have as much issue with (although the frequency seems extreme especially given the fact my insurance coverage hasn't increased in that time)... My main issue is the fact that they increase their prices with ZERO communication being sent out. So one month the price is one thing and then you come in for another scheduled appointment and suddenly they start charging you a higher rate without a word of mention. It wasn't until after I tapped my card for payment that I noticed the increase. In what world is it not standard practice to inform customers - especially if they have services booked - that the prices are increasing? A simple email would solve this problem but instead they just assume all is well and leave it to the admins at the front desk who have to deal with explaining it after the fact? Lucky for this place I like my current massage therapist - because their ethical business administration practices are seriously lacking.
