Made a repair to our car, paid out of pocket, called ASE & the person would only give amounts over the phone (which was only half of the total repair bill) and not send anything in writing. After that call, we never could reach them again. Not by phone, not by email, we left countless messages, sent several emails - all unanswered. I researched and found out they have a cease and desist order in Florida 4/25 for fraudulent practices. This company needs to be put out of business!!!

Still getting bill, because homeowner insurance was canceled sometime later (about 2-weeks later). Send e-mails, call, got assurances that all will be fixed. Guess what? Still getting bills. Tried to talk with agent : Dan Dougherty. Left voice mail, talk to person who answer phone and left message for him..... He DOES NOT CARE. May be it just a one car and one property (relatively expensive...) I call off hours to StateFarm Customer Service. Lady told that she do see my e-mail, and both insurances should be canceled at the same time and I do not have any outstanding balance. (STILL GETTING BILL with balance for about 2 weeks). Customer Service Agent said that she will send e-mail do Dougherty, because it is HIS JOB to communicate with billing department. Bottom line: Do yourself a favor avoid this office, and maybe StateFarm as a WHOLE. P.S. Went to independent agent, got significantly lover price for both homeowner and auto insurances.

They said they couldn't get Philadelphia Contributionship to write a policy for this property. It was done in one day by another agency. Just recently tried to have them add a policy to a second home and they couldn't help me. They have agents with no experience, they wanted me to contact contractors to asses some values to replace items if they were deemed a total loss. Policy was added at another agency in a day. In my opinion they have no interest in helping there clients. They have never been able to help me with anything ever. I am surprised they are still in business.
