I would strongly recommend that families consider other options until there is new leadership at…read morethis school. During our experience, school administration provided inaccurate or misleading information during the enrollment process. This included representations about the gender composition of incoming classes and the grade levels typically offered. Although the school is listed as serving K-8, enrollment has not historically supported consistent offerings across the upper grades. The school also lacks adequate training, policies, and structural support for a diversity of learners. Families whose children require accommodations or flexibility--including those supported by physician documentation--may find that exceptions to stated policies are not respected, even when based on medical need. Overall, the gap between how the school presents itself and the day-to-day reality was significant. In our experience, this environment was far less supportive and far more rigid than local public school options, including Portland Public Schools.

I can't say enough good things about the teachers, staff and families that make up the CLASS community. The small, age-blended classes allow the teachers and staff to truly understand and cater to the needs of each student. More importantly, the teachers and staff truly care about each student and are highly dedicated to their success. I'm truly amazed at the job they have done fostering our son's emotional and academic development. They've helped instill a sense of confidence in him that I never thought would be possible. Most parents are also very involved in the school (and several of the teachers/staff have kids at the school) which helps create a true sense of community. As the saying goes, "it takes a village to raise a child" and our family is extremely grateful that our village is the CLASS Academy community.

My poor son was attending sh#thole (it happen only because I am European and was absolutly not prepared for service literally damaging people's health) for a little bit over year, having no any delays besides no speech. Over this year I had all possible issues getting information about what they teach him, no any activities which include parents, no any organized parental meeting, literally, by this day I have no ideas what my son was doing there. In few months red flags started showing up. For example, my son came home once without coat (in January), and later he came home few times being dressed not the way he left home. What's for somebody undressed my child for no reason?? Still hope, no sexual assault happened. Last drop was when child eventually started talking. After nobody responded to any of my mails about his progress and finally acquired desire to study I demanded permit to come and have a look with my own eyes, what they do to children. What I saw still makes me shake in hate and desperate anger: they don't teach kids anything. Few kids with different levels of disability were running chaoticly and like 3 obese employees tried to stop them from hurting themselves. That's all. They don't explain anything to kids, don't correct inappropriate behavior, don't even do any typical arts and crafts with kids. Just watching kids from hurting. That what I saw as a visitor, I guess, they were "prepared". What they do, when nobody sees, who knows! After I left classroom and shocked was standing in lobby, some employees told me following: "if you want your son to learn, you must go and find personal therapist". It took me freaking year to figure it out. My son lost a whole year which is so important at so young age! Besides that I must mention, that my poor son completely ruined his health there: he was and he is now a very healthy person, never been sick more than 4 days per year. During attending IE classes he never ever was good. He had to drink cold syrup like he drinks juice! Of course, it was the last time, any of us stepped into this hell. After I demanded my child's paperwork, I was shocked to find out, that they proceeded him as "mute", which he never was, and "aggressive" which is disgusting lie. My son never hurt anybody in his live, not a person, not an animal, moreover: he used to babysit his sister, when im busy around house, which is only few months old! He is the last person on earth to call "aggressive "! "Principal" if to call her so, told me, as her final goodbye:"you will need us to proceed your kid to disability". I wish her to get disability herself every day since after. As soon, as we got rid of them, my son made unbelievable progress: he stopped being sick all the time, started building sentences up to 10 words, responding questions, building dialogues, learned to draw, glue, work with scissors, learned to write, learned alphabet, learned his and ours names, ages, our address and many more. It happened in only 4 months and it happened against and in spite of all IE efforts to make him disabled, so, services, like them, can make profit. Be aware of Beaverton Early Intervention! If you love your child and care about his future, DO NOT GO TO IE!!!! Find help anywhere else and work yourself too!! Repeat: be aware of IE!!!! They make healthy people sick!!! Remarkable, that they turned off reviews on Google, after I posted mine. If I could give them negative, it would be -1000 out of 10 UPDATE!!!! BE AWARE OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW!!! Look into account, that left it: person is marked as living in CA, has only 1 review and it's or fake account, or one of employees. If there are other victims of this scam, please, mail me. At present moment I'm looking if it's at least possible to organize any checking of their activity. Be aware of any positive reviews. Look at profile, that left it: where person lives, when registered, how many reviews person has. If you read positive review about Beaverton IE, it's or paid fake, or one of employees, or parents if child, who was actually never autustic. Most people, attending this place, have poor social and educational background or not speaking English good and can be easily tricked by IE scammers, which do all efforts to misdiagnose, and ZERO effort to educate. BE AWARE OF BEAVERTON IE. IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILD AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE, KEEP AWAY AS FAR, AS YOU CAN AND EVEN FURTHER.

From the first time stepping foot into mind and minds I knew this was the place my son needed all along. Kids with Autism cannot fake their feelings, so I knew that if my son was comfortable in such a new environment and with a new person that he truly felt safe. Adely catered to all my sons needs and always kept in contact with me. And as her clientele grew, she ended up opening a new center that was bigger and offered everything our kids could ask for. From trampolines to exercise equipment to an indoor and outdoor playground , Adely had it all. This was not your typical therapy place or strict school, instead it as literally everything put into one space. A school, a social place, a playground, and most important, it was a place my son felt safe. She took the time to work one on one with my son and targeted areas that we wanted to focus on. I saw a huge improvement in my son and will forever be thankful to Adely. She truly treated my son as if he were hers and no matter the day or time she always made herself available to us. Not only did we finally gain the best therapy my son could ask for, but we also gained a life long friend. What an amazing place and even better, what an amazing women and friend. This place is home to us. We will forever be thankful to Adely and what she has done for our family. God bless you and your above perfect mind and minds! I wish their were ten stars I could give this place!

This is because of the very friendly and caring staff/teachers. The school follows just the right curriculum what we need for all ages. At these covid times, they follow the best practices, hygiene and precautions that we expected. With bright ambience in the classrooms, huge play areas and extremely caring teachers, this school just proves to be a second home for our son and his second happy place!! I understand that different learners need different modes of teaching; therefore, I tailor my lessons to students' specific needs.
