Mike walked me through the process asking me every relative question and went through all of the paperwork I brought in... during the process, he was personable as well, telling me about his latest 1/2 marathon and about becoming a grandfather. The office cat payed a visit as well - be forewarned if you have pet allergies. About an hour later, Mike slid a piece of paper in front of me to show me the outcome of our meeting... When we did, we used another accountant, and it turns out that he was costing us hundreds - near thousands of dollars in tax money a year. He just was not going the extra mile and filing for everything we were eligible for. I am so disappointed and would warn anyone - especially if you are not very tax savvy - about using him. He just cost us so much money, and his services are not cheap either. I am so glad we moved and stopped using him. But I am so angry that he cost us SO much money! You should be ashamed of yourself.
