I'm not sure if all of the other reviews are false but this company can not be trusted and they have the worst communication skills known to man. It seems in the beginning as if they are going to help you out but then you get the silent treatment from them. I had a very nice call with Robert before deciding to give them a try. After the initial call there was no communication. Even when they failed to complete my taxes by April 15th which I knew was a possibility I wasn't contacted and told that they did not get completed. I had to contact them and check to make sure that an extension was filed. Then after having all of my information for months still nothing. I would contact them monthly for an update and their only response was that they are being worked on. All of my documents have sat with them since April untouched. Now come October 15th and they still did not complete my taxes and not even a word letting me know that would not be done. I had to find another CPA last minute to file so that I would not owe the IRS any additional fees. I even contacted them a few days prior to the 15th to make sure that they were being worked on and they assured me that they were but obviously they weren't. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that this company is a fraud. Do yourself a favor and run far far away from doing any business with them.

Tax preparation also does not necessarily have to be handled by a CPA. Depending on your needs, another qualified tax professional or bookkeeper may be able to assist, particularly if accounting or tax software has become too complicated. For those specifically looking for a CPA, I recommend checking the Nevada Society of CPAs' Find-a-CPA directory. One clarification regarding registered agents: a Nevada LLC or corporation must maintain a registered agent in Nevada even if you personally live in the state. However, if you meet Nevada's requirements, you may be able to serve as your own registered agent rather than paying for a commercial registered-agent service. In my case, I also had serious concerns about Katherine's conduct while she was serving as my registered agent. Based on my experience, I believe her actions unnecessarily put my interests at risk. I have retained documentation relating to what occurred and, if necessary, am prepared to address the matter through the appropriate legal process.
