I used this service ( Danny ) several times mixed service received, some good some terrible, Danny closed this shop still doing work on the side he called and needed to borrow some money , ran out of gas at my home , borrowed a gas can and the money ( $200) hiked to stripes got gas and thanked me , started working out of town with a relative I was going to let him work off the debt he became to busy or out of town then total quiet ghosted me still owes me close to a year or so now really sad seems to be the valley way read more

The business name could not be further from the truth. Danny, (the owner, tech) is completely unprofessional. There is no updates to status equipment and does not keep his word on when your item will be ready. I took my pressure washer to his business for a simple water pump replacement. That was a month ago. I still have not received it or gotten my money back. He always has the same excuse of the parts not arriving. I do not recommend this business whatsoever. STAY AWAY. You may have to spend a little more to get your item fixed by going somewhere else, but at least you won't be putting up with this guys BS. read more

The men from Direct Source ran a diagnostic program and found it needed a new heating coil. It was ordered and then replaced and my dishes are so much cleaner. I am very happy. So when I had an issue with my clothes washer I asked for Direct Source again. They were able to fix it quickly and with no parts needed. I highly recommend this service. They are nice people and know their stuff!
