I had my drain field repaired a few weeks ago, and…read morethey left a huge mess... including old pipe, lots of unpacked dirt, ruts, dirt clots bigger than softballs on railroad ties lining back yard, and rock in yard where they failed to put a tarp down before dumping rock. The communication process was horrible from start to finish. I would call and leave a voicemail only to wait days to hear back. A week out they still couldn't price the project because the permit had not been completed yet (county's fault). A week after completion they called and left a voicemail advising me to take my washing machine off the septic system and to follow up. I call back and left a voicemail and they have yet to call me back over two weeks later. I had several friends recommend their services, but they will not be back to my house. They may be cheaper than other places, but you get what you pay for.
