They seem to just want to do a great job for you. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. Water damage in two room ceilings that with a flashlight he should have seen. Dry rot on the outside by a gutter that was obvious. Honestly I've just started looking and I can't believe all the things he missed, during his "quality home inspection". He blamed on not looking on the outside because there must have been less than an inch of snow the day before and apparently that you can't inspect the house with that much snow.
