David verified what was done correctly but he suggested an additional procedure for the missed remediation that most companies don't have. He made us feel very calm by reassuring us that everything would be fixed. When he was done, we were so happy to see the difference and how every spot was completely cleaned and treated. We highly recommend this company because they do remediation but also inspections and they care.

They came back later to waterproof the outside of my house at the bottom of a slope, where a rain chain did not quite do as good of a job of shoveling away the water compared to a gutter system with a downspout. Their workmanship and professionalism was excellent. But the best part is that they continue to take such good care of me now even over a year later. I had an issue where I thought the electrical outlets to the sump and dehumidifier were not working today - big thanks to Scott for texting me back on a weekend and especially to Brandon for coming out within 24 hours on a Saturday to help me problem solve the issue. He showed up and was kind and not at all impatient. I didn't realize those electrical outlets had their own dedicated switchbox outside the house! It was an easy fix. But as we were walking up to the house to problem solve it I had mentioned that I knew I was out of warranty by a few months. Brandon assured me that doesn't matter. They take care and ownership of their workmanship and would have repaired it for me regardless! And that's the extra that is above and beyond any other company.

He was very thorough and spent much time in crawl space taking measurements and checking what will work best. When he was back at his truck, he put everything on paper with a drawing of the shape of house showing placement of dehumidifier. In a short time, he was able to give me a quote and said he would email me an official quote the next day. The quote was the best quote that I received from the three good local companies. I give Carlos Juez a 5 star plus because of his dedication to his customers and his willingness to crawl around in some dark, dirty and cramp crawlspaces.
