we had them install our septic system six (6) years ago with on-going inspections. we have had good service without issues

The system was installed 3 months ago (July), no issues with function at this time. In mid September I inquired about the grading, seed/strawing of the yard. Finally after a 3 week run around we have received a subpar "completion". We experienced 2 no shoe/no calls, and every 1-3 days of being told "we'll be there tomorrow" to receive a phone call that they weren't going to make it--and mind you we have had virtual no rain so the weather was not the factor. These folks will not leave your yard they way they found it. Our final grading consists of multiple low spots (some near the foundation), one where they requested to removed a tree and one where they trucks brought in supplies. The entire drain field is so bumpy it is difficult to mow. We had to purchase an additional 100 lbs of grass seed and straw to make the poor quality seed/straw job complete from a quantity perspective, which put us out more money and time. The machine operator likes to talk himself us by saying he does quality work. However that is not what our end result reflects. The owner, also likes to mention how it will be done right--what a joke. I would recommend spending the extra money to use someone else, these folks are not worth the headache of poor communication, the worst customer service around, or the poor quality end result we received for our yard. read more

This is a septic install company, we were referred by a neighbor, They were not good! Slow to respond, and never came back to do final fill dirt work, lied to us and said "dry fill dirt is unavailable", when actually it's always available, kept under cover at a supplier less than 3 miles from our home... finally I had to get my own fill and put it in. Would not use again. read more
