In preparation for my official relocation to PA, I did some research to try and figure out what hoops I would have to jump through to transfer my license and vehicles to PA. After several hours of research and communications with my lienholder, it was determined that I needed to find a 'Tag Agency' or other 'Notary Service' in order to get my titles sent to them, a POA to give me the ability to register the vehicles, among several other bureaucratic processes. That's when I found Sollenberger's Messenger Service. This company must get calls all day long ranging from the simple, to the asinine. Add to that the wide variance of people they have to deal with, and I understand that there style of customer service is very process-oriented. Meaning, they are more concerned with quality and quantity of their work, than pleasantries and other customer service niceties. My first contact with them was over the phone, and they hurriedly explained what I needed to do in order to get everything squared-away. They were thorough, and to the point. Not to be confused with 'rude and distant' which is a close cousin to the aforementioned. There is a definitive difference. They never treated me like a nuisance, or like I was bothering them. They were always quick, helpful, direct, and to-the-point. That said, the process was a pain in the butt. This was of no fault of Sollenberger's though as the primary hold-up was my lienholder, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. It would have been easy to get frustrated at Sollenberger's because of how long and how frustrating it was to deal with the archaic means of document transportation (mail, fax, etc.); but it honestly was not even remotely their fault that they had to abide by these archaic rules, or wait for my lienholder to process the paperwork correctly. Once everything had been straightened-out, and they received all the necessary paperwork, the processes that they completed were done quickly, efficiently, and flawlessly. The girl I interacted with in person, a blonde-haired young girl, was extremely pleasant, had a sense of humor, and was incredibly nice to work with. Nobody enjoys forking-over nearly 350 bucks for registering vehicles, but she somehow made it less awful with her positive demeanor and good attitude. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating processes I have had to deal with in a while, but Sollenberger's made a frustrating process better. Plus, everything that they were responsible for was done expediently, and with a high-level of attention to detail. I strongly recommend using this company!

I knew not to go on Monday because the PA DOT Driver's License Center in Enola is closed. It gets hectic on Thursday, Friday, and weekends. I opted for today, a Wednesday. I was in and out within one hour, thanks to Craig, who processed my Real ID documents, and Stacey, the photo lady.
