I couldn't find any available or responsive MUAs and was reluctantly accepting I wouldn't get to have the look I wanted. But then I found Natalia! Messaged her late Thursday night and she got back to me in the morning. She squeezed me in for the next day, connected me with an amazing hairstylist Adriana, made booking with both super easy and quick. Natalia's studio is so sweet and welcoming. I showed up with only a headpiece in hand and a theme. No inspo pics and asked them to have fun and do their magic! They sure did!! I felt amazing, best glam I've ever had. They got me done abit sooner than expected, which was so helpful so I could get back to help before the event started! I received sooo many amazing and genuine compliments all night long, people who've seen me daily, for years were even shocked bc they didn't recognize me immediately. I felt gorgeous and starring their contacts because they are now my superstars for that! By the end of the night my look was still perfectly in tact! I was so exhausted after an amazing event that I just crashed when I got home but when I woke up, I honestly could have gone to another event - everything was still on, in place and looking ready to keep going. Oh and the cherry on top, I could do that bc I didn't feel heavy or piled on, from the makeup or the hair products!! If you can, BOOK with her IMMEDIATELY! It'll be the best (and easiest) glam decision you'll make. THANK YOU again Natalia (and Adriana) for making me feel and look better than I could have dreamt of.

To whom it may concern,…read more I just wanted to share about my experience working with Des. First of all, I met Des about 12 years ago when she agreed to do my make up and hair TFP for a photo shoot with a photographer we both knew. I had had my make up professionally done several times before and it was fun, but I never really felt like they got what I was looking for and was left feeling like I'd rather have just done it myself. But OMG when I looked in the mirror after Des worked her magic on me I had never felt more beautiful in my life, and the confidence I had came shining through in those photos. Fast forward 12 years and I never forgot that feeling. Honestly, one of the first thoughts I had after my boyfriend proposed to me was "I wonder if Des still does hair and make up because I want to feel like that on my wedding day". I reached out to her and she instantly remembered who I was and it felt like no time at all had passed between us. Not only is Des is the absolute best at what she does, she is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful people I have met. All of our communication up to the wedding day felt like we were old friends and l truly felt like she was invested in doing everything in her power to give me that feeling and help make my wedding day as perfect as possible. I decided to do a make up preview so we could nail down the look and I would have one less thing to potentially be stressed about on the big day. I had some thoughts on the look which she was eager to hear, she took them and just ran with them like a true professional, completely exceeding my expectations. I felt like we both had so much fun with the whole process. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off me knowing even if everything else fell apart, at least I was going to look gorgeous on my wedding day! When the day came, Des showed up early and I felt her excitement for me. This isn't just a job to her, her heart is truly in providing an elevated, unique experience giving her bride the royal treatment. She made me feel like an absolute queen. We had some last min changes, both my mom and my future mother in law decided they wanted make up done, and Des had allowed enough buffer time to be able to accommodate them easily without compromising my experience. The whole process was so much more than I realized it would be. It was a full spa treatment, massage, skincare, even deep hand moisturizer, topped with the most gorgeous hair and make up done in such a fun, intentional way. Des has the gift of being able to make it feel like we were just two bff's getting ready for a fun night out, while still being the absolute solid professional I needed to keep me cool and relaxed preparing for the biggest event of my life. When I stepped out of that chair I felt like the most confident, beautiful woman in the world and I am literally tearing up as I write this recalling the feelings I had in that moment. Everything went perfectly that day, and boy did I have some strong emotions during those speeches. My make up and hair held up like Stonehenge and the only thing I ever touched up was my lips. I have already referred Des to my next two girlfriends who are getting married. I hope anyone who is considering booking with her will lock it in because she is an absolute master of her craft, and every woman deserves to feel that feeling especially on the biggest day of her life! I could go on and on about all the wonderful, individually tailored details she provided for my experience and about what I saw of Des' character as a person, but I'm probably already out of room on this review. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me, I'd be happy to answer them. Just know if you decide to book Des for your wedding, you will be so grateful you did!! Sincerely, The newly minted- Mrs. Kendra Miller

It felt lightweight, natural, and still like me--just enhanced in the best possible way. Most importantly, it stayed perfect through happy tears, hugs, and hours of dancing! I cannot say enough amazing things about Beauty by Betty and Co. Betty is truly incredible at what…read moreshe does. I first went to her studio in Downey for my bridal hair and makeup trial, then again for my civil wedding, and for my big wedding day in January she and her team came to our hotel in Fullerton with a 4:00 AM start time! Not only did they show up bright and early, but they had me and FIVE bridal party members finished by around 8 AM. I was so impressed with how organized and efficient they were. I actually didn't have the best experience with a previous makeup artist before finding Betty. My first trial elsewhere didn't feel like "me," and they weren't accommodating with my early start time or flexible with adding artists for my bridal party. When I messaged Betty back in April for my January 2026 wedding, she responded quickly, was transparent, kind, and confident. She immediately put together a tentative timeline to make sure everyone would be ready on time and told me, "I can do all that for you!" and she truly meant it. My bridal trial with her was AMAZING. It took about four hours, and I walked out feeling absolutely stunning. I wanted a natural, bronzy look with a brown smoked-out eye and half-up, half-down flowy curls -- not too tight. I have a lot of insecurities (especially about my forehead), but Betty made me feel SO beautiful and confident. My hair and makeup lasted all day, and I was honestly speechless. I loved her work so much that I booked her again for my civil wedding in December. This time we did a completely different vibe -- bronzy, smoky, almost Zendaya-inspired with flowy boho waves -- and she nailed it again. She really takes her time perfecting every detail. She even gave me a little pouch with essentials for touch-ups, which was such a thoughtful touch. I'm pretty quiet, but she made me feel comfortable, played music, and created such a calm environment while getting me ready. For my big wedding in January, I kept the same look from my preview (minus the spray tan this time -- lesson learned from my civil dress ). I was slightly nervous it wouldn't have the same effect, but WOW it was even better. My entire family, who had seen all my previous looks, said this was the best one yet because it truly emphasized my natural beauty. My eyes popped, my hair looked smooth and flowy, and I felt radiant. My hair and makeup lasted ALL day -- through dancing, sweating, crying -- and I only needed minimal touch-ups. I even went to Disneyland that night with my husband and was still getting compliments! Beyond her talent, I was able to talk with Betty and have meaningful conversations that made our time together feel so short. She created such a comfortable and genuine atmosphere. I truly hope we can work together again in the future -- whether it's another special event in my life or for one of my family members. Thank you so much, Betty, for taking care of me and my family. I would 100% recommend Beauty by Betty and Co. for weddings or any special event. You will feel beautiful, confident, and completely taken care of!
