It was nice to see everyone work together and support each other. Kobie my son's barber was not only attentive, but he also took his time to understand our needs. The Institute was very top-notch, the building, facilities, and equipment are modern and well maintained. I'm very pleased with my sons haircut and level of service. Did I mention that walk-ins are welcomed and all haircuts are $5 which include shampoo and shave.

Brockport is a wonderful community with a very respectable school district. Less Ginther Elementary…read moreSchool, the district would receive top of the chart ratings. Ginther offers some great teachers. Unfortunately, the administration and counselling staff seem to be somewhat incompetent. Recommendation for parents with children attending Ginther: Submit a letter advising the district that your child is not to be seen by the counseling staff, and is not to be placed in the Ginther padded room. This is not a joke. Ginther has a padded room (like those used in psychiatric hospitals). The counseling staff and administration have been known to place serviced and non-serviced into this room. Although it may be legal for serviced students (students regularly seen by the counseling staff) to be placed into the room, it is illegal for non-serviced students to be placed there.

It has a great balance of feeling both intimate and structured. There is very little staff turnover and the staff really care about the kids. We also love that they're not-for-profit. We were here for about a half a year before switching to another daycare that was closer to our house--but found the new daycare was nowhere near up to par (high staff turnover, chaotic environment, young staff on their cell phones). We came back to 12 Corners after a few months and have not regretted moving back at all. Child care isn't cheap, but that's the case for a lot of places now, and it's definitely worth it to not be worried about dropping my child off every morning.

Kumon has helped them grasp concepts months, if not at least a year or two faster than their peers. As a result, my children were able to excel in their studies (Reading and Math) throughout their education.
