Professional Contracting Builders remodeled 2 bathrooms for us in mid-late last year: a completely custom master bathroom and a standard-build second bathroom. Overall, they do good work and we were very satisfied with the end result. Our project manager, Cyndee, was wonderful! We had her cell number and communicated with her almost daily during the process. Sometimes she noticed things that needed to be changed or fixed even before we did, which was nice. The process took longer than expected due to an unforeseen supplier issue, but Professional Contracting Builders were good about making it up to us however they could. Not every detail was done correctly or to our liking the first time, but they were good about communicating and coming back to re-do the details until we were satisfied. We did have major issues with one of the subcontractors, but those were addressed by Cyndee and ultimately the sub came back (multiple times) and fixed the issues. All the other subs were GREAT and did excellent work! We would hire this company again. read more

The construction team was amazing! Super high-quality craftsmanship. They worked non-stop each day that they were here and did a beautiful job. And, they thoroughly cleaned up the construction areas each day before they left. It looked better than before they came! Plus, they are just really nice guys. The whole process from our initial visit to the office, through discussion of plans, cost estimates, any needed adjustments, payment schedule, etc. was easy, flexible and friendly. The team arrived as soon as it was light in the morning, and always showed up on the days that they said they would, which is really refreshing compared to past experiences with other businesses. The overall price was totally reasonable and a great value considering the high quality of the work and the final project. It was exactly what we were looking for and exceeded expectations. The owner and his crew will rip you off. I know this from Felipe Silva doing that to me . They act like they are professional but him and Art are far from it. They slander and they gossip about the people that hire them and they have experience in overcharging so insurance companies vsn pay them for their poor work they perform . Albuquerque and Bernalillio and Belen beware of this company. They violate all rules from county and fake permits and can't spell. The secretary vilolates rules if no trucks over two tons because I have seen her drive down one more than once. They get cabinets from previous houses and stain them only to call them "custom" he claims to be a dealer but he deals lies, deciet, and only delivers fraud and disrespect to everybody he works for. I wanted to start off by saying that I rarely if ever review anything. But, i was so impressed with this company that i felt like they truly deserved it. We have been needing to replace our floors for the longest time, but we weren't sure how much it would cost and it's also a pain to move everything! I had a couple contractor come estimate how much it would cost and most of them didn't seem very professional and they were pricy, but then we called Professional Contracting Builders and wow! I was impressed on them being on time and professional. They quoted me at a great price, I was a little worried on how it would turn out but they did an amazing job.
