Ordered a Crest boat Sept 2012. Boat was delivered 1/13 to Professional Boat. In March I spoke with Andy and he still did not order the motor and trailer. In April still no motor and trailer. In May Andy said he had the trailer and was still waiting for the motor. I drove to Professional Boat and the trailer was not what I ordered and the boat had damage from someone at Professional backing into it with a truck. In May Andy said he had the correct trailer but still no motor. The first week in June I was told the boat was ready. I arrived at Professional Boat and the boat was not cleaned, the bimini top was missing, damage from truck not repaired. I waited for 5 hours and was told the parts were on order and I would be called when they come in so I agreed to pay for the boat and bring it back when the parts came in. After paying I went to hitch the trailer to my vehicle and the trailer coupler was broke and would not lock. I was told they would hold my check till they could replace the coupler, the check was cashed 2 days later and I did not have the boat. I picked up the boat 6 days after this. When I put the boat in the water the dash gauges did not work and the boat was very hard to steer. The boat would rock on the trailer because the trailer did not have any tongue weight. I contact Crest and Mercury for the gauges and steering. The reason the boat was hard to steer is because Professional Boat put the wrong shaft size motor on the boat. The gauges needed a converter because they were not correct for the motor I ordered. I have called Andy and spoke with him in person and he still has not replaced the motor. I have now spent over 12,000.00 to have the motor replaced, gauges fixed, axles moved on the trailer, and ordered replacement side panels from Crest. Andy has lied to me on the phone and in person. No body should buy or order a boat from Professional Boat. read more
