Only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is that the gentleman at the front desk and several other staff members walked out of the shop (with customers inside) with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths. EDIT: I accidentally stained one of my nails, returned the day after originally getting them done, and the gentleman completely redid the nail for me - free of charge!!
