I was not comfortable with that, and I made them aware of it. But they made me feel that my feelings didn't matter. With that supposedly being the only solution, and I not willing to undergo such a procedure, they have basically given up on me. Said lawyer, talked me into closing my settlement even though I was against the idea, considering my back is still hurt. I strongly recommend people steer clear of this place. I honestly feel, they did not care about my well being, but instead their only concern, was to get me in and out, so they could get my money, and be done. They were not clear about any thing, and didn't care to expand my knowledge on any of it either. I am now left with no choices, and he's telling me to use the money I obtained from pain and suffering, to get my back worked on. Not to mention, I barely got anything back, even though I was ran over at 40mph on my motorcycle by a truck, and it was a hit and run. We had a few meetings and put together terms that were offered to my wife. Once my wife's attorney came back refusing the terms, Chris became unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. Once I was able to talk to Chris, he said that we have to wait for the other attorneys terms. After 2 months of waiting, Chris finally asked the attorney if he was going to offer terms back to us after I had to requst this. Every time I talked to Chris, he made it seem like I was bothering him. I finally had to change attorneys and asked Chris for some .pdf documents, including the invoice of what he is charging me, and he refused to send and said, "They will be in the mail."
