Once the work began, they discovered several unexpected challenges, including an old wax finish instead of polyurethane and stairs that had previously been repaired with stripped screws that were extremely difficult to remove. Despite these obstacles, they never cut corners and continued working toward the best possible outcome. What impressed me most was the pride they take in their work. They hold themselves to very high standards and genuinely care about the finished product. Even when I was already pleased with the progress, they continued looking for ways to improve the results. The floors look beautiful and have brought new life to our home while preserving its historic character.
