Took 4 weeks to get back to us and let us know the evaluation was not complete. The therapist had been let go and we would need to bring our daughter back for further evaluation. We were unhappy with how long this took to get the ball rolling so we found another speech pathologist where the therapist was able to do the evaluation and they enrolled my daughter within 3 days. My 2 year old daughter got a bill of 30.77$ 7 months later for an incomplete therapy session. If you take your child here make sure to follow up!

The front office staff is terrible, extremely rude, no customer service, and seem to willingly changes rules/regulations for patients/parents for their own selfish convenience. Yet if the tables were turned it I'm sure she would have considered it rude as well. But it's typical when people are rude like this that's why a lot of them just end up being another closed clinic in RGV. Plus the job posting stated it was 3:30 to 7:30 Monday they Thursday, yet that was only on one or 2 days out of the week, what they didn't include was that it would be using your personal vehicle to also visit schools to treat patients. Over all it was not something my wife was interested in but the fact that they couldn't at least call back was disappointing. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Unless you want to be treated poorly by Owner/Management..
